Good Morning, Yesterday I was in Bangalore and suddenly developed mild heart pain on both sides while doing deep breathing by evening. Guruji Madam told me to do Awareness breathing which was taught to us recently and take warm water sip by sip. It worked wonderfully well and on reaching Chennai by train I was so comfortable.
